ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Regular Priced Items

All returns of regular priced online orders will be accepted if mailed back to us within 5 days of the date it was received at your doorstep for a full refund to the original form of payment.

Sale Priced Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale. This includes our special event sales or limited time promotion sales. 

Final Sale Items

No returns will be accepted on jewelry, lingerie, socks, swimwear, vintage items, bath & beauty products, hair clips, knives or artwork. 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To return or exchange items please email info@devinesupply.com with the reason for your return, item information, and we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number. 

We will send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. The price of return shipping will be deducted from the refund, back to original form of payment. 

Returns from online purchases may be returned in store within 5 days of purchase date for store credit or exchange only. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE DETAILS

  • All return items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with store tags still attached.
  • All shoes must be returned in their original box and in their original condition.
  • Any item(s) with indication of wear or use will not be returnable.
  • Any returns outside the eligible return window, will either be returned for store credit only at the discretion of the store owner or not returnable.
  • Exchanges are not eligible for returns or refunds. 
  • Special or custom orders are not returnable.
